Field Services Network ("FSN", "we", "us", or "our") operates https://www.fieldservicesnetwork.com (the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Skills, certifications, and work history
• Account credentials and profile data
• Communications and submissions
• Your location at the time you check in to and out of a work order, recorded from your device
• Payment details you provide so we can pay you or bill you, including bank account and card information. We store these in masked form and never display the full number
• The name, email address, company name, telephone number and message you send us through the contact form on our home page. You do not need an account to use it, and we use what you send only to answer you

Resources Loaded From Third Parties

Some parts of our pages are delivered by other companies. When your browser builds one of our pages, it connects to those companies directly. We do not send them your information; your browser does, because that is how a web page loads a file it does not hold itself. Each connection tells that company your IP address, your browser and device details, and the address of the page you are viewing.

Which pages do this, and which do not:

• maps.googleapis.com and maps.gstatic.com (Google) — supply our maps. These are contacted only on our home page, which shows a coverage map, and on our two sign-up pages, where the address box suggests addresses as you type. On our home page your browser also sends Google the map viewport, which is the geographic area on screen. Our other public pages do not contact Google at all.
• fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com (Google) — supply the lettering the map itself draws with. We host our own lettering, so these are contacted only on our home page, and only because the map asks for them.

We do not use analytics or advertising services, and no part of our pages tracks you across other websites.

SMS Consent Communication

Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

• Work order-related notifications, including assignment availability based on your account activity and platform participation
• Dispatch notifications
• Account and customer support messages

How We Send SMS Messages

We send SMS messages to the phone number on your account about your work orders, work order-related notifications, dispatch, and account updates. We do not ask you to tick a separate SMS consent box. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP, and we will stop sending them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Sample Messages

• FSN: You have a new work order assigned. Reply STOP to opt out.
• FSN: A new work order matching your profile is available. Log in to review details. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• FSN: Dispatch scheduled for tomorrow at 9 AM.

Sender Identification

All SMS messages will clearly identify Field Services Network (FSN) as the sender.

Consent Record Retention

We retain records of SMS opt-out and opt-in including the phone number, the method by which it was recorded, and the date and time.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and engagement.

You may receive multiple messages per work order or account activity.

Stopping and Restarting Messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply START if you want to receive them again.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

After you reply STOP we will stop sending you messages. Your mobile carrier may send its own confirmation.

You may request access to, and correction of, your data. Some records — including completed financial records — must be retained to meet legal and accounting obligations, and cannot be deleted on request.
